Store regulations

§ 1. Definitions

1. Seller – MAXUS limited liability company with its registered office in Krakow, ul. Brogi 2, 31-431 Krakow, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS: 0000261333, NIP: 6772273741, REGON: 120289430, tel.: +48 604 113 077, e-mail: info@uzbrojeni.pl

2. Store – an online store operating under the domain https://uzbrojeni.pl/, run by the Seller as a sales platform

3. Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions setting out the rules for using the Store

4. Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit with legal capacity who concludes a Sales Agreement through the Store

5. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person who concludes a Sales Agreement not directly related to business or professional activity

6. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person concluding a Sales Agreement directly related to business activity, if the content of the agreement indicates a non-professional nature, in particular according to data from CEIDG

7. User account – an individual Customer panel activated by the Seller, used to place Orders in the Store

8. Goods – products presented in the Store

9. Sales Agreement – an agreement for the sale of Goods concluded electronically between the Customer and the Seller via the Store, on the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions

10. User – any entity using the Store

11. Order – a declaration of will by the Customer leading to the conclusion of a Sales Agreement, specifying the type and quantity of Goods, the method of delivery, and the form of payment


§ 2. General provisions

1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the uzbrojeni.pl online Store, distance sales of Goods, placing Orders, payments, delivery, withdrawal from the Agreement, complaints, and returns.

2. To use the Store, you need a device with Internet access and a web browser.

3. Minimum technical requirements:

  • an up-to-date web browser that supports CSS, TLS, JavaScript, and cookies
  • Internet access
  • active e-mail account

4. The Seller is not responsible for technical problems resulting from failure to meet the above requirements.

5. Browsing the Goods does not require registration.

6. The Seller holds a license to trade in explosives, weapons, and ammunition, No. B-127/2023.

7. Only non-licensed Goods are sold online. Purchases may only be made by adults.

8. Weapons and ammunition are for display purposes only. Sales take place exclusively in the Seller's brick-and-mortar store upon presentation of the required documents.


§ 3. User account

1. Creating a User Account is voluntary and free of charge.

2. You create an account by filling out the registration form with your real data.

3. During registration, you provide:

  • first name
  • last name
  • e-mail
  • date of birth
  • password

4. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions means that you have read and understood their content.

5. You will receive an activation link at the e-mail address you provided. Clicking on the link will activate your Account.

6. You are required to update your data if it changes.

7. An Account is not required to place an Order.

8. An Account allows you to access your purchase history, Order status, and discounts.


§ 4. Placing Orders

1. Information about the Goods does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

2. All prices are gross prices.

3. Delivery costs are added separately and are visible before placing an Order.

4. Orders can be placed via:

  • online form
  • e-mail
  • phone

5. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m., on weekends, and on holidays are processed on the next business day.

6. Adding an item to your cart does not constitute placing an order.

7. You place an order after completing the details, selecting the delivery and payment options, and clicking CONFIRM PURCHASE.

8. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

9. When purchasing unlicensed weapons, send a scan of your ID card to info@uzbrojeni.pl.

10. The sales contract is concluded after the Seller confirms the Order.


§ 5. Payment methods

  • cash on delivery
  • bank transfer
  • online payment Przelewy24, excluding weapons and ammunition
  • payment upon personal collection

The Seller begins processing the Order after confirming payment or accepting the Order.


§ 6. Delivery

1. Delivery is carried out within Poland.

2. The goods are sent by courier to the address provided in the Order.

3. The estimated delivery time does not exceed 21 days.

4. Check the shipment upon receipt. In case of damage, draw up a report with the courier.


§ 7. Right of withdrawal

1. You have 14 days to withdraw from the Agreement without giving any reason.

2. Send your statement to info@uzbrojeni.pl or by post.

3. You must return the Goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of the return.

4. The refund will be made within 14 days.


§ 8. Complaints

1. Complaints should be submitted by email or in writing.

2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days.

3. You have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the Agreement.


§ 9. Loyalty Card and VIP Card

1. The cards are personal and grant discounts.

2. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. The loyalty program is valid indefinitely.


§ 10. Final provisions

1. The Terms and Conditions are valid from April 6, 2025.

2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be communicated in advance.

3. Any disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Seller's registered office or in accordance with the provisions applicable to Consumers.

4. The Terms and Conditions are available on the Store's website.
