Complaints
We want every product to meet your expectations. If you receive a defective item or encounter any other problem with your order, you can file a complaint in a simple and transparent manner.
How to file a complaint?
There are three ways to do this—choose the one that is most convenient for you.
1. Complaint form (recommended)
- Fill out

and documents If possible, attach photos of the damage or defect and a copy of the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation). - Follow the instructions in
the form After submitting the form, you will receive information from us about the next steps—possibly returning the product or providing additional explanations.
2. Complaint by email
If you prefer to contact us by email, send your complaint to:

In the message, please include:
- your first and last name or company name,
- order number or receipt/invoice number,
- a detailed description of the problem (what is the defect/non-compliance),
- information about what solution you expect (e.g., repair, replacement, refund – to the extent provided for by law),
- photos of the defect or damage (if possible).
3. Complaints submitted in person
You can also submit your complaint in person at our customer service point:

An employee will help you fill out the form and accept your complaint along with the product.
What happens after the complaint is submitted?
- Confirmation of the complaint – after receiving your complaint, we will confirm its acceptance (by email or in person at the store).
- Claim analysis – we will check what the problem is and whether the defect is due to reasons attributable to the product.
- Processing time – we will process your complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
- Contact with you – if we need additional information, documents, or photos, we will contact you directly.
Once the complaint process is complete, we will inform you of the outcome of the complaint and the next steps (e.g., repair, replacement of the product, or other solution in accordance with the regulations).
Useful tips
- Keep your proof of purchase – it is the basis for filing a complaint.
- Before returning the product, make sure it is properly secured for transport.
- If the damage to the package is visible upon delivery, ask the courier to write a damage report – this will facilitate the subsequent processing of the complaint.
