Payment information

We offer several convenient and secure payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best. All orders are processed only after the payment has been credited to our account or confirmed online/cash on delivery.

Online payment – Przelewy24

Electronic payments are handled by the Przelewy24 system, which ensures fast and secure transactions. After placing your order, you will be redirected to the payment operator's website, where you can choose, among other things:

  • payment by fast online transfer from most banks,
  • payment by debit/credit card,
  • BLIK payment (if available at your bank).

Online payments are usually processed within a few minutes, allowing us to proceed with your order more quickly.

Cash on delivery (upon receipt)

You can choose the cash on delivery option, i.e., pay for your order in cash or by card (if the carrier allows it) upon delivery.

The cash on delivery option is available:

  • for courier delivery,
  • at selected InPost parcel lockers (cash on delivery).

In the case of cash on delivery, an additional fee is added in accordance with the current delivery price list (see the "Delivery" page).

Payment upon collection at a brick-and-mortar store

If you collect the goods in person at our brick-and-mortar store, you can pay:

  • cash,
  • by card (if a terminal is available on site).

Traditional bank transfer

You can also pay for your order by traditional bank transfer. Please include your order number in the transfer title to speed up the identification of your payment.

Order fulfillment begins after the funds are credited to our account. The time it takes to process transfers between banks is usually from a few hours to 1-2 business days, depending on the bank.
